Customer Relation Executive

Job Requirements:
  1. Applicants must be willing to work at Puchong
  2. 18-27 years old
  3. Fresh graduate(s) are welcome to apply
  4. Hardworking and willing to learn
  5. Proficient with Microsoft office EX: Words and Excel
  6. Full time position is available

Responsibilites:

  1. Receive inbound calls from customers and arranger for service appointment
  2. Made necessary outbound calls to customers to arrange for service appointment
  3. Conduct follow up calls with customers for the repaired job
  4. Handle complaints from customers either through phone or face to face conversation
  5. Prepare monthly reports to hold
  6. Update customer data when necessary
