Service Advisor

Job Requirements:
  1. Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering/Mechanical and Automotive
  2. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
  3. Excellent communications skills and proficient with Microsoft Office
  4. Ability to speak/write in Mandarin and English will be an added advantage
  5. Ability to work in a team

Job Responsibilites:

  1. Attend to customers’ daily needs that are compliant to SST procedures
  2. Promote the sales of Service and Parts
  3. Able to handle customers’ complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction
  4. Handle the registration and control of customers’ appointment
