Customer Relations Executive

Job Requirements:
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Mass Communication or any related field.
  2. At least TWO (2) years of working experience.
  3. Ability to speak in Mandarin will be an advantage.
  4. Basic computer knowledge is required.
  5. Must have a positive attitude and patience.
  6. Preferably a fast learner with self-discipline.

Responsibilites:

  1. To provide polite, professional and accurate response to customer.
  2. To receive inbound calls from customer and arrange for appointment(s) or customer inquiries.
  3. To handle outbound calls.
  4. Conduct after service follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Update customer data when necessary.
