Service Supervisor

Boon Siew (Borneo), Sabah
 
Job Description:
  1. Oversee & supervise overall operations of service centre
  2. CSI enhancement planning & execution
  3. Ensure all HMSB standard guideline procedures are implemented
  4. Lead, organize & manage the day to day function of the service centre to achieve the unit intake
  5. Increase the turnover and profitability of the service centre
  6. Handling of difficult & serious customer complaints
  7. Ensure that the service premises are well maintained, and cleanliness and tidiness are properly managed

 

Job Requirements:
  1. Diploma/Degree in automotive/mechanical, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
  2. Minimum 5 years working experience in automotive related business or equivalent
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  4. Excellent communication skill
  5. Able to speak proficiently in English and Malay
