Receptionist

Job Description:

  1. Answer all incoming telephone calls promptly and channel their enquiries to the correct personnel / department.
  2. Greet, deliver accurate information and provide efficient service to walk-in customers.
  3. Ensure security and crowd control at the front desk.
  4. Escalate customers enquiries to Service Manager when needed.

 

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum Diploma is required.
  2. Possess basic computer skills.
  3. Excellent telephone communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Able to communicate effectively in English and Malay (written and spoken) or other dialects.
  5. Customer service oriented.
