Account Executive

Requirements:
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  3. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  4. Strong presentation and organization skills with an excellent command of spoken and especially written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  5. Self-motivated, pleasant personality & able to work independently.
  6. Knowledgeable in software Sage 50 Accounting would be advantage.
  7. Able to work under tight reporting deadlines and schedule to deliver timely and accurate results.
  8. Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Baru Bangi/Nilai.
  9. Preferably Executive specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  10. 2 Full-Time position(s) available. 

Responsibilites:

  1. Receive payment by cash and credit card from services outlet.
  2. Checking daily cash and credit card amount should be tally with the payment summary of the day.
  3. Ensure daily analysis from WMS system tally with Payment Summary.
  4. Responsible for processing the details of cash bills, invoices from customer and invoices from supplier.
  5. Process all the data to be in into Peachtree and must check all information is accurate and complete.
  6. Maintain proper record for easier to reconciliation bank account.
  7. Manage good orders by email from Finance Admin anything queries.
  8. Do proper filling on all document related.
  9. Prepare payment for other suppliers on every 10th every month.
  10. Open mail and match payments to invoices.
  11. Prepare closing report for every month end.
  12. Stock Take with Parts & Warranty Department (P&W) every end of month.
  13. Perform other instructions or ad-hoc corporation assignments or as may be required from time to time.
