Previously, Ban Lee Heng was operating a showroom located in Jalan Yam Tuan and supported by a service centre that was situated in Senawang Light Industries Estate. Despite the distance, Ban Lee Heng has always been able to provide customers in Seremban with Honda's products, sales and after-sales services that exceed their expectation.

After 6 decades, Ban Lee Heng will continue to uphold Honda's commitment to achieve Customer Satisfaction No. 1, as well as to meet the ever growing market demand in Seremban. Therefore, the integration of products, sales and after-sales services with improved convenience and accessibility is the Dealer's commitment to provide speedier and more efficient services for its customers within the vicinity of Seremban.

Mr. Toru Takahashi remarked in his speech during the opening, "Since Honda Malaysia's inception in 2001, sales in Seremban have increased by 10 times; indeed, this shows a significant growth. In last year alone, there was a growth of 22%, we managed to achieve 1,076 units of sales as compared to 876 units of sales in 2008".

He further added that, "Judging by the promising growth, we believe that the relocation of Ban Lee Heng is timely and necessary. The relocation also means that Honda's products, sales and after-sales services are more accessible for the people in Seremban."

Ban Lee Heng's humble beginnings can be traced back to 1946 when it ventured into the bicycles business. It later started selling Honda motorcycles in the same year. In 1976, much like Honda's history, Ban Lee Heng evolved and started selling cars to the market. Clearly, Ban Lee Heng has been growing with Honda to becoming a household brand that one can rely and depend on.

Having served the community for more than 60 years, Ban Lee Heng has built a reputable database of more than 3,500 customers. Honda City remains the best selling model in Seremban, capturing 51% of the total sales.

The 3S concept is a constituent of Honda Malaysia's policy of prioritising customer satisfaction while creating an enjoyable customer experience.  Honda believes that when a purchase is made, a life-long relationship with the customer is forged.
